spiritual direction

Paying attention to the inner movement of God within the youth worker’s soul is a top priority of This Way Ministries. We believe that young people will most naturally follow in the way of Jesus, guided by the Holy Spirit of God, when they are surrounded by adults who are witnesses of this way of being in the world.
